Shingle

Ok, so after everything I went through, I had to get shingles. I was asked by the GP to document them... they are looking gross, I won't post photos of them.

It was very uncomfortable; I couldn't sleep well for more than a week, but I had very mild symptoms.

My anxiety also made me avoid medication, which made it even harder to go through.

It was challenging to think about making any work

I had to delay my tuorial with Gia, my brain wasnt capaple of thinkning

The tutorial with Jonath was actually helpful, he put my mind and stress at ease.
