I started using my SX70 more often over the summer and I have this idea of making a hand made book with the emulsion lifts from the Polaroids.
I'm thinking of a concertina book but not sure yet. I'll have to play with folding some paper first and see how this will look and feel.
Now I concentrate on making a series of Polaroids that work together. As I started making images when editing them I realised that I have some older ones that might work together so I will use few of them to fill in gaps.
I find editing and sequencing a very engaging and entertaining process but also consuming and easy to over thinking. To me editing and sequencing for a book is almost as playing musing, I cant play any instruments unfortunately but I do play sometimes with my daughters keyboard and cello. The images work very similarly to me, when to images next to each other don't work is like hitting the wrong note on a keyboard or the wrong strike on the strings of a cello. I working to make this images work together. If I see gaps I thinking "oh if I go to that place and I make a Polaroid from this angle at this time of the day it might work" but it's not always the case.
