Preparing for a new start

Waiting for the new academic year to start so decided to prepare a new space studio for me to work on my art. I wanted to build a darkroom in my garden shed for very long time, I credit Martina for inspiring and empowering me to finally getting started and building it. Thank you Martina!

I made new working tables in my shed-workshop-studio

Our cat Poppy helped me building the workbenches:)

I have new ideas and plans. I will have an enlarger and also water for a darkroom.

Part of my work is to look further into cameraless image making, so I will be playing with cyanotype, rayograms, chemigrams but also I want to play with paint and clay

I'm planning to install a hand made sink in the corner.

Made some progress and finished the sink, piping and also I painted the tables white and used epoxy to seal it.

I installed a Dever 5x4 which I borrowed and created a moving stand as the ceiling is lower at the back of the studio, this way I can move it around when I need to.
